EQUIPMENT TESTING & REPROGRAMMING
We are happy to test equipment and re-programme control panels and receiver collars on your behalf. Before sending any items, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number from us — any parcels arriving without a valid RMA number will be refused.
Requesting an RMA number is straightforward. Simply complete the form below and submit it to us. Upon receipt, we will issue your RMA number along with your returns form, which must be included inside your package when sending items to us. We recommend keeping a copy for your own records.
Please ensure your RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of your package. We strongly recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery or similar with appropriate insurance cover.
Pricing
The service is charged at £45.00 for up to two items, then in increments of two items thereafter.
Once work has been completed, we will send you an invoice by email which can be paid securely online. Items will be returned to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery upon receipt of payment.
