Request a service appointment on-line. At your service appointment, our Certified Technician will test your entire system including the control panel, receiver collar, Indoor/Outdoor Shield and boundary wire. We will provide a complete system analysis, make any necessary repairs and if necessary re-introduce your pet to the Invisible Fence® Brand system.

If you should have another make of cat fence or dog fence, this is no problem. We can still offer you a prompt and professional service with no obligation and have your fence up and running in no time. Of course should you wish to update your system to one of our Invisible Fence® Brand systems, we would be able to offer you a very reasonable 'upgrade' package, just ask our technician or ask for an on-line estimate.

Wire break repairs.

Standard local service charge for up to two technicians to repair a known location wire break: £150.00
Mileage charge per kilometre: £0.48
Parts and materials charged as required.

If the fault is more in depth than a single known location wire break requiring an extended service, the fee could be £240.00 for up to 3 hours , plus mileage charge, plus parts and materials. Any work exceeding 3 hours is charged at £80 per hour. This is normally only if the system is in a state of neglect, or had a previous fault that has not been repaired and tested by one of our technicians. Please contact us to discuss your options.
