Frequently Asked Questions

Will the collar or training hurt my pet?

No. The audible tone and customised static correction from your pet’s Computer Collar® may startle your pet, but it will not hurt him/her. It’s similar to the sensation you feel when you run your hand across a TV screen or when you walk across a carpet and touch a metal doorknob. The sensation momentarily surprises you and gets your attention. Your pet’s Computer Collar® serves as a safety net should your pet forget or try to test their limits, but with proper training your pet will stay and play happily in their garden. Our certified training programs have been developed with animal behaviourists, trainers and vets to give your pet effective, stress-free lessons that helps pets quickly, easily, and safely understand their boundaries around your home.
